Liku works with coaches, consultants, and expert service providers to establish a solid legal foundation for business with contracts, trademarks, and strategies for legal protection.

She makes it a point to educate her clients on the *what* and *why* behind legal services to empower them to make legally informed business decisions so they can protect their business and make more money.

Liku is an award-winning attorney, three-time published academic author and speaks on topics related to entrepreneurship, wellness, and Black women in corporate America.

​

She graduated *magna cum laude* from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and served as the first Black Editor-in-Chief on the first all-Black woman law review board in California. She received her BA in organizational communication studies from CSU Sacramento.
