BUSINESS FORMATIONS

Do you form professional corporations?

Yes.

How long does it take to form a California LLC?

5-8 Business days but timing also depends on the speed of client communication.

What are the tax implications for entity formation?

Tax implications vary for each business and depend on the selected entity. We do not provide tax advice. Consulting with a tax professional before choosing your business entity is always advised.

Will you help us choose the right business entity?

Yes. We can help you make an informed decision about the business entity that is right for you.

Do you form s-corporations?

An s-corporation is not a business entity. It is a tax election you can choose for your LLC or corporation. Whether you should elect to be taxed as an s-corp is a decision you should make after talking to a trusted tax professional.

TRADEMARKS

How long does the trademark process take?

The registration process can vary. Clients should prepare to wait 12-18 months for a final decision on their trademark application.

I already filed my application, but got an office action from the USPTO. Can you help with this?

Yes, please book a trademark consultation.

Can I trademark my business name and logo at the same time?

Yes. However, these are two completely separate applications.

Where can I find more information about trademarks?

Check out the resources we provide on our social media or visit the USPTO website.

CONTRACTS

How much do you charge to review and draft contracts?

Contract packages are custom and pricing will depend on each business' needs. All contract drafting and review services start at $1,000.

Will I be able to use the same contracts for all of my businesses?

Contracts are drafted custom for your business' needs and at your direction. One contract for business may not be suitable for use in multiple business needs. This is something we can discuss.

Yes. We partner with a third party payment service to give clients payment options.
